Data analytics startup Coralogix recently raised $142 million in a Series D funding round, led by private equity giant Advent International, alongside Brighton Park Capital.

The California-based firm — which counts Decathlon, KFC, and Monday.com among its clients — is working to disrupt the data analytics market, which experts predict could be worth as much as $130 billion globally by 2026, and features other major players like Sumo Logic, Splunk and DataDog.

The firm’s digital platform, named Streama, allows data engineers to record, visualize, and track information from hundreds of different inputs, allowing them to, for example, monitor the performance of business applications. Streama says it does so by narrowing millions of “events” into common patterns for help with analytics and troubleshooting.

Alongside Advent and Brighton Park, the firm’s Series D round was also backed by Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, O.G. Tech, and StageOne Ventures.

“Coralogix is an established leader in the modern observability market and is differentiated by its product, mission, and vision,” said Alek Ferro, director at Advent. “We are confident that Coralogix’s unique data streaming architecture and analytics pipeline will continue to transform the category through its ability to provide superior monitoring coverage, insights, and results while yielding significant cost savings.”

Coralogix CEO Ariel Assaraf describes the company’s approach as solving “the fundamental challenges of ever-growing data volumes and system complexity.”

“With this round of funding, we will be expanding our offering into further markets as we continue our journey to provide harmonious observability,” Assaraf added.
