3. Can I change my order?

All members of our website who shop with their own credit/debit card & can provide proof of purchase along with ID are eligible for our 7-day no quibble refund/return/exchange policy. This is subject to a satisfactory inspection of the purchased good. To qualify for this, all purchased items must not have been used and still be in their original packaging. 4. How do I cancel my order?

We have a 7-day no quibble refund policy. As long as the purchased item(s) is returned in its original labels, packaging & condition we will issue you a refund. Refunds will only be processed back through the means by which the purchase was paid for. In no circumstance will we issue a cash/cheque refund. The 7-day refund/return window starts from the day your order is delivered.

20. Can I return an item I purchased but don’t like?
